- Unfortunately, we are not accepting Independence Blue Cross at the current time.

- Humana Military/Tricare East ( effective 1 May 2024)
Please
note that it is the responsibility of the client to verify the
specifics of your coverage for mental health services. If we are not
In-Network with your insurance provider, it may be possible for
Out-of-Network benefits to cover services in part. Please contact
your provider to verify whether our company (Q Psychological &
Consultation Services PLLC) is In-Network; and if and how your plan
compensates you for psychotherapy services from an Out-of-Network
provider.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include Out-of-Network mental/behavioral health benefits?
- Does my health insurance plan cover telehealth psychotherapy sessions (via a HIPAA-compliant synchronous real-time interactive audio and video telecommunications system)?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Do I have a copay? If so, what is it?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval (referral) from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
Acceptable forms of payment include:
- Cash
- Check
- Debit/major credit cards
Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a missed session/late cancellation fee.
